The present research, through a re-reading and citation of the statements made in the speeches, remarks, and works of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Khamenei, regarding the issue of resistance, seeks to introduce 'faith-based resistance' and lay the groundwork for formulating the thought and theological dimensions of 'resistance.' This objective is realized in light of the elaboration and explanation of the components and indicators of resistance in his thought. The data of this research are drawn from his statements from 1989 to 2025. The method of this research is qualitative, employing 'thematic analysis' with an exploratory model. The collection of the Leader's statements on 'resistance' is discovered and delineated through coding techniques (open, axial, and selective). The research outcome is the extraction of 33 components (categories) and 91 indicators (subcategories) pertaining to 'resistance,' along with the relationships between components and indicators, with consideration of the six dimensions of resistance from the perspective of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution
