Physical resurrection is one of the important and complex issues in philosophy and religion that has long been considered by various religions. In this regard, the interpretation based on the "essential elements" has long been one of the most central faith teachings and controversial areas of Islamic thought and has been explained in theological, philosophical and interpretative texts with various approaches. The main question of this research is how physical resurrection will be realized and its relationship with new findings in biology. The research method was conducted in the form of a library and comparative analysis between the views of Muslim scholars on various interpretations of resurrection (physical, spiritual, symbolic and elemental) and new scientific data in the field of biology, especially research related to stem cells, genetics and human cloning. The findings of the research show that the theory of "embryonic growth based on essential components" as an independent interpretation has Quranic and philosophical support and is also consistent with the principles of modern biology regarding the possibility of regenerating the body from a stem cell. The results of the research indicate that despite the difference in religious and scientific views on the principles and conditions of realization, it is possible to emphasize the possibility of physical resurrection through the rebirth of the earthly body in the afterlife, and to show the alignment between the teachings of revelation and some biological findings.
